ADGA

Improving culture and building a discreet, content-driven brand
See Original

ADGA, one of Canada’s leading private technology contractors in defence, cybersecurity, and space applications required a new brand and content strategy, and a compelling expression of their business in public channels. When your reputation is built on discretion, it can be challenging to explain exactly what you do, even to your own employees. Through extensive cross-organization research and strategy, we helped ADGA better articulate the important work they do in situations where lives are often on the line, both as a public-facing brand and across internal silos.

Collaborating directly with subject matter experts and executive level leadership, we undertook a comprehensive analysis and overhaul of existing content and sales collateral. As well as providing tactical social media support, we produced a new thought leadership-driven website, product sales sheets, pitch decks, and white papers targeted for LinkedIn and client sales. We were commissioned to undertake organisation-wide stakeholder interviews to develop brand and culture strategy, and more strategic approaches by which content could be used to improve internal company culture, sales, and employee retention. This work continued leading up to ADGA’s eventual acquisition.
